Franchises

Stronger brands. Every location.

Give your franchisees the ready-to-share content they need to show up consistently, keep your brand on message, and drive awareness and growth across every location.

  • Centrally created content
  • Local links and images
  • Franchisee and employee Journeys
Built for a distributed brand

Keep the brand connected. Let the local team show up.

Head office prepares the source content. Franchisees and participating employees bring it into their own social communities.

01

Create centrally

Prepare promotions, product education, community updates and seasonal campaigns without asking every location to start from scratch.

02

Organize local teams

Use subscriber groups for participating franchisees, locations or regional teams, then choose which groups receive each post.

03

Make it relevant

Use each subscriber's own link and image when appropriate, so a campaign can point to a local booking, location or offer page.

04

Keep it personal

Authentic AI helps adapt the wording to the individual while your team retains a consistent source message.

Local distribution

Your campaign. Their community.

Give franchisees and employees prepared content they can share through their own connected social accounts—not another folder they need to find.

  • Schedule campaigns ahead of seasonal moments and local events.
  • Use subscriber-specific links to send interest to the appropriate destination.
  • Pair prepared posts with reminders for genuine local photos and updates.

Journeys

Introduce every new owner, teammate and location.

A Journey helps a new franchisee or employee introduce the brand to the people who already know them. Tell why the business began, what it stands for, why they joined and what their location brings to the community.

  • Prepare an opening story sequence for a new location.
  • Give new employees an origin-story Journey for their own social networks.
  • Reuse a curated sequence without rebuilding it for each subscriber.

Franchise social media: common questions

A closer look at how PostAutoPilot fits your team.

How does PostAutoPilot help a franchise network?

Head office can prepare content once, organize participating franchisees and employees into subscriber groups, and distribute posts through their connected accounts. Local links, images and personal voice help adapt the content for the person sharing it.

Can each location use its own link and image?

Yes. Subscriber-specific links and images can point people toward a relevant location, booking page or local offer. Set up the subscriber and destination information for the way your franchise participates.

Does every franchisee's social account publish automatically?

AutoPilot publishes directly to supported connected LinkedIn Personal and Business, X, TikTok, Facebook Business, and Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Personal Facebook and Instagram accounts use the PostAutoPilot mobile sharing workflow. Team members connect their accounts and grant the required permissions.

Is Content Planner included in the base fee?

Content Planner generates a week's worth of social media posts, including images. It is in Public Preview. Use your website, uploaded logos and post samples to provide brand context, then review the generated content before publishing.

Can franchises see how their content is performing?

Advanced Analytics is in Public Preview. Explore the available platform, post and subscriber metrics in a demo, and discuss the reporting needs of your franchise network. Available measurements depend on connected accounts and platform data.

How does mobile text sharing differ from text distribution?

Content sharing via text is available in the PostAutoPilot mobile app now. Text messaging as a distribution channel is coming soon, expected Q4 2026. These are different workflows; the expected release date may change.
